I had a great experience working with Daniel Blunden, The project manager for my roof installation with Schoenherr Roofing. Daniel did a great job managing the project and making sure everything went smoothly. I appreciate his professionalism and the work he put into overseeing the installation. I’m very happy with the experience and would recommend Daniel and Schoenherr roofing to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

From beginning to end the experience was great. The person who came out to look at my roof and give me a price was professional and clearly explained what would be done. He even took pictures in my attic to show me problem areas. The job overseer contacted me before to tell me the planned schedule and was in touch during the process. The dumpster contact let me know when it would be dropped off. The crew showed up on time and worked very hard for the two days it took to do my roof. They protected the plants and landscape lighting I was concerned about and cleaned up well after. The overseer came after the installation to make sure everything was completed. This company was a bit more expensive than the other one I was considering but it was worth it for the quality experience.

They put new wood on my roof. Then the underpayment and then the shingles. They were friendly they cleaned up when they were done and tarped all the property near the house

Awesome is the word that comes to mind for Schoenherr Roofing! From Leo @ the beginning to explain everything to us about the product, then to Joshua who facilitated the process, and Ingrid who was our foreman on the job. From the permits, to making final decisions on our roof color "Summer Harvest" Everything was brought up to code. It was so streamlined down to Bryan our dumpster guy dropping off and picking up. You don't do a new roof everyday and we wanted it done right. Thank you for going above and Beyond! You are a credit to the industry!

It was a pleasure doing business with SCHOENHERR ROOFING we can’t say enough about your project manager, Matt. He was so efficient keeping us up on every step-by-step and what to expect each day. He followed up numerous times on the progress. Hector and his crew were very careful with the protection of our windows and our barbecue around the house. They were fast and efficient. It is sometimes difficult to find a company that is honest and does what they say they’re going to do. We would highly recommend SCHOENHERR ROOFING to our family and friends! God bless and keep up the good work!

PS Matt came by to make sure there weren’t any nails in the driveway or on our patio and recheck the roof - Love that guy!

Alex and the Schoenherr Roofing crew did a really good job on our new roof, which is somewhat complicated with several gables, a portion that is flat and another area with a 2-12 pitch. We weren't able to be present during the work but Project Manager Dan routinely communicated by sending texts and photos. The 350 sq ft flat roof received a custom rebuild, using the EPDM system which created new low slopes with insulating board underneath. The crew did a great job installing a new skylite and installing the Deck-Air vent system for the house's low slopes. The rows of shingles are straight as are the ridge vents and Deck-Air vents. The dumpster was brought in as a large 4 wheeled trailer, so there was no effect on our asphalt, and it was removed promptly. Alex and his crew replaced rotten OSB and 1 x 6 roof boards, and improved a chimney flashing and cricket which has been a problem for years. They were careful of landscaping. Most of the work was done in about 2 days. The new roof looks great and we can certainly recommend Schoenherr Roofing.

I had a top notch experience with this company. I was communicated with every step of the way. I had to have all new wood as well as shingles and doubted that it would be finished in one day, but it was. They also did a stellar clean-up job at the end. Many thanks to David Schaffer my salesman, Josh H. the project manager, and Yefran the foreman. Great job!

Overall, we had a positive experience with our roof replacement, but a few issues kept it from being excellent. Scheduling was easy, the consultant was on time and prepared, and the quote and financing options were competitive. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the roof quickly, even with two existing layers to remove. We also appreciated the progress photos and prompt follow-up with the invoice, financing paperwork, and final inspection scheduling. Our main concerns were communication, cleanup, and safety. We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time, which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning for work over 6 feet. The roof itself appears to have been installed efficiently and professionally.

Absolutely thrilled with the work done by Schoenherr Roofing! I had been struggling with a leaking roof for a while, and after several failed attempts by other contractors, I finally found someone who not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it with precision and professionalism. The issue turned out to be the chimney area, and instead of just patching things up, Caleb took the time to build a cricket around the chimney to divert water and prevent future leaks. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the work was completed efficiently without any mess or disruption to my daily routine. What really stood out was their clear communication and dedication to making sure everything was done right. They explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and took care to ensure that the repair would provide a long-lasting solution. Since the repair, I’ve had no further issues, even during heavy rainstorms. I can finally rest easy knowing my roof is in great shape! I highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing for anyone in need of roofing services—they are skilled, reliable, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Thank you Caleb for saving my home from further damage!

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Schoenherr worked from dawn to dusk to complete the project in a very timely fashion. They came in $1090 under budget, having finished the whole job within one work day and three hours. They provided photos of the roof halfway through the project and at completion ? I would have appreciated a few 'before' photos, too. They provided a group text so that everyone involved could communicate and stay looped in. My only other quibble is that the finance person always neglected to cc my wife on emails, even though the home-improvement loan is in her name. Finally, after wrapping up the project, Schoenherr put everything in both yards back in place and cleaned the site really well. Sometimes it's worth paying a little bit more for quality service and execution. Sometimes, it's not even that much more!

Install or Repair a Roof
From beginning to end they follow up on everything and make sure the job is done correctly to their and the supplier's specifications. I honestly cannot say anything bad about our experience. They are very professional, honest, and hard working.
